As a co-founder of Softcom, Oscar brings over 25 years of software industry expertise to his role as CEO and President. Under his direction, Softcom has grown its product suite, customer base and business partners to become one of the leading vendors of Contact Center Business Intelligence solutions. His strong emphasis in customer care was instrumental in building a satisfied customer base of over 1,000 leading Contact Center companies worldwide. He also led the Unified Roadmap initiative for Softcom Solutions with the Inside Edge suite of Contact Center solutions. Softcom customers have been able to capitalize on these leading software solutions by staying ahead of the curve and gaining a competitive advantage.
Rim Ramanauskas, V.P. Technology
Also a co-founder, Rim’s contribution to Softcom as CTO has been invaluable. From initial product design through to present day, Rim has overseen the design, architecture and product planning of all Softcom products. His keen insight into technology as well as his experience as a business analyst has truly helped shape Softcom’s offerings into what they are today. His present responsibilities include executing the worldwide information strategy and making sure it is aligned with Softcom’s corporate objectives. Leading a highly effective team of software development professionals, his guidance sets the tone for product quality and stability.
